Day-1 |
Arrive in Lhasa |
Upon arrival in Lhasa, our tour guide will meet you at the airport/train station and take you to hotel in Lhasa. In the rest of the day, please rest well and adapt to the altitude. |
Day-2 |
Lhasa City Sightseeing |
In the morning visit Lhasa Traditional Handicraft Center,then visit the Sera Monastery and watch the monks’ debate activities. |
Day-3 |
Lhasa City Sightseeing |
Visit the Potala Palace, and Jokhang Temple and Barkor Street and experience Tibetan social culture. |
Day-4 |
Lhasa – Yamdrotso Lake - Gyantse - Shigatse |
Depart from Lhasa and head west to Gyantse, pass by Yamdrok Yumco Lake, visit rural families by the lake .Visit Karola Glacier and Gyantse Bally farm land. |
Day-5 |
Shigatse - Tingri-Everest Base Camp |
Head to the Himalayas. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mount Everest and the Himalayas at the Dingri View point and the Gawula View point. Enjoy the beautiful sunset of Mount Everest (subject to weather conditions). |

Everest-Pekutso-Saga

From Everest Base Camp to Saga, the entrance town of the Ali Plateau, enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Himalayan snow-capped mountains and Pekutso Lake and Shishapangma peaks along the way. |
Day-7 |
Saga-Tarchen

The Ali Plateau with an average altitude of more than 4,000 meters will bring you broad grassland pastures, Himalayas and Gangdise Snow Mountains. On the way, you will pass several beautiful small lakes and finally see Manasarovar lake and Mount Kailash. |
Day-8 |
Kailash Kora, 1st day

We take bus from Tarchen to Seshong to participate in the Sagadawa Festival blessing activities. Afterwards, walk along the valley at the southeastern foot of Mount Kailash to reach Driapuk Monastery. From Driapuk, you can see the huge straight rock face on the west side of Mount Kailash. |
Day-9 |
Kailash Kora, 2nd day Driapuk – Dzultripuk

The day’s trekking will be very challenging. Starting from Driapuk, we hike up two steps to reach the highest point Dromala Pass 5630m. After passing through Mercy Lake and the rocky area, we go down to the Dzultripuk Monastery in the southeastern valley of Mt. Kailash. |
Day-10 |
Kailash Kora, 3rd day Dzultripuk – Zada |
Walk back to Tarchen from Dzultripuk. If you feel tired, you can take a sightseeing bus to reach the ending point – Darchen, which is also the beginning of the Kailash Kora. In the afternoon, we proceed to Lake Manasarovar for sightseeing.

In the morning, visit Tashilhunpo Monastery, the largest temple in western Tibet, and then take bus along the Yarlung Zangbo River back to Lhasa (or by train). |
